Inclusions & Exclusions

Prices are fixed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include accommodation, transport as described, and specified meals. Exclusions: personal expenses, travel insurance (recommended), optional activities, and visa fees unless stated.

Booking & Payment

Book via our website or email. A deposit of 30% confirms your reservation; the balance is due 14 days before departure. Payments are accepted in UAH by bank transfer or card.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel in writing to contact@vynarixo.com. Refunds: 100% if cancelled 30+ days before departure; 50% if 15–29 days; no refund if less than 14 days. Refunds are processed within 30 days. This complies with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, and baggage.
